People operator tractors could soon become a thing of the past.

If you're over spending hours sitting in a tractor during harvest season, then this newest invention may be for you.

Case IH's Autonomous Concept Vehicle has been making waves since it was unveiled last year for one simple reason - it doesn't need a person to operate it.

Now visiting Australia for the first time the driverless, cabless tractor will be on show at Gunnedah from August 22 to 24.

With the ability to operate a wide range of field implements autonomously, it could be a game changer for the agricultural industry.
