The Numurkah Food Bowl Festival is dishing up a range of goodies as it enters its ninth year.
With something for everyone, the three-day festival is set to showcase all Numurkah has to offer.
‘‘Numurkah is such a rare gem and if you give it a bit of a polish it just shines,’’ festival director Jamie Lea said.
Last year’s festival attracted 3500 people on the Saturday alone and this time round it is expected to be no different.
Ms Lea said the town was serving up a particularly great bunch of events, with groups such as the Numurkah Singers coming on board to perform and the Historical Museum shedding light on the town’s vibrant history.
Events to look out for include the Long Slow Brunch and the St George’s Anglican Parish Hall High Tea — both on Sunday.
During the festival people will also have the chance to witness the Skateboard Competition, venture out for Breakfast with the Birds or enjoy Movies @ Numurkah — all on Saturday.
■The Numurkah Food Bowl Festival will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 20, 21 and 22.
