Police chopper wows kids

By Seymour Telegraph

There was a special guest at Tooborac Primary School when a police helicopter recently touched down in a paddock across the road.

Staff and students were shown around the helicopter and the policemen happily answered questions from the excited students.

‘‘It was a great learning session and a thrilling local excursion,’’ Tooborac Primary business manager Rita Pollock said.

‘‘The helicopter was blue and white and had a giant camera on it,’’ Tooborac Primary Year 1 student Dorian said.

‘‘There were little things for the driver to check the engines and we watched it take off and fly around the school — it was an amazing day.’’
